1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 1eecom ("1eecom", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at 1eecom.pro ("Platform", "Website", "Service").

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party without proper authorisation.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 1eecom Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during continued use:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 1eecom enforces a strict 21+ age policy in line with responsible gaming best practices. Underage gambling is illegal, harmful, and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 1eecom, nor an immediate family member of such a person;

• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 1eecom Platform or had an account closed by 1eecom for breach of these Terms;
• You are of sound mind and are gambling voluntarily and for entertainment purposes.

1eecom reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately, all transactions will be reversed where possible, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 1eecom services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits — you must register a personal account via the 1eecom Login registration flow. The following rules apply to all accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account on the 1eecom Platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein;
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms;

• Account currency: 1eecom accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are expressed and processed in PKR unless otherwise explicitly stated.

4 KYC & Identity Verification

1eecom is committed to operating a compliant, fraud-free platform. As part of this commitment, all users are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification may be required at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any time during the account lifecycle at 1eecom's discretion.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (national identity card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or photograph of JazzCash/EasyPaisa wallet, or bank account statement showing your name and account number);
• Source of funds documentation for high-value accounts, as required under anti-money laundering obligations.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe — typically 14 calendar days from the date of the request — will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality. Persistent non-compliance will result in account closure. 1eecom reserves the right to withhold funds pending completion of KYC verification in cases where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

1eecom supports the following Pakistani payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

• Minimum deposit: Rs 100 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer;
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed;
• Processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast) are typically processed within 1–3 business days, subject to banking partner processing times;
• Withdrawal verification: 1eecom may require KYC verification to be fully completed before processing a withdrawal. First-time withdrawals to a new payment method may require additional verification;
• Own account payments: You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension;
• Fees: 1eecom does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are outside 1eecom's control;
• Currency conversion: All transactions are processed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied by 1eecom.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

1eecom offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as the Pakistan Super League (PSL) and Eid celebrations. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless superseded by specific promotional terms:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each individual promotion's terms;
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are set out in individual promotional terms;
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses expire within a stated time period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Unused bonus funds or incomplete wagering after expiry will be forfeited without compensation;
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses is a breach of these Terms;
• Abuse: 1eecom reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus where it determines, at its sole discretion, that the offer has been claimed through fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise dishonest means. This includes, but is not limited to, use of multiple accounts, VPN usage to circumvent geographic restrictions, or systematic exploitation of bonus structures;
• Right to modify: 1eecom reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or amend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the 1eecom Platform are governed by the following general rules, supplemented by game-specific rules accessible within each game or betting market:

• Finality of bets: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 1eecom system, it is final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the player, except where explicitly permitted by the relevant sport's rules (e.g., void bets due to match cancellation);
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary based on account status, ongoing promotions, or 1eecom's operational requirements;
• Errors and malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or data feed disruption, 1eecom reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds. Any bets placed or winnings generated during a provably erroneous state will be void. 1eecom's liability in such circumstances is limited to a refund of the original stake;
• RNG certification: All casino games on the 1eecom Platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently certified for fairness and randomness by approved testing laboratories;
• Suspicious activity: 1eecom reserves the right to void bets or withhold winnings where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, insider information, arbitrage betting, or any other activity designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1eecom Platform. Breach of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without proper authorisation;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any such gains will be reversed and the account closed;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financially criminal activity through the Platform;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or compromise any part of the 1eecom Platform, its servers, databases, or security systems;
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other tool to disguise your true geographical location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions;
• Colluding with other players in casino games or engaging in any form of chip-dumping in poker or live dealer games;
• Threatening, harassing, abusing, or intimidating 1eecom staff or other users.

9 Responsible Gaming

1eecom is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a response to stress, debt, or personal difficulties. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you deposit. Changes to increase a limit take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session time limits: Configure alerts that notify you after a specified period of continuous play;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's content without 1eecom's prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1eecom's total liability to you in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 1eecom account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1eecom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even if 1eecom has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

1eecom does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Temporary interruptions to service for maintenance, technical issues, or reasons beyond 1eecom's reasonable control shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

1eecom collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 1eecom collects personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming enforcement, customer support, and marketing communications (where you have provided consent). 1eecom does not sell personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

1eecom reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes;
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information;
• KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe;
• The account holder is a minor or has failed age verification;
• Continuation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 1eecom support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending investigations.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 1eecom holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be submitted to 1eecom's internal dispute resolution process.

To raise a dispute, you must contact 1eecom support in writing, providing full details of your complaint and the resolution you are seeking. 1eecom will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 14 calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority or an independent dispute resolution service as designated by the licensing body under which 1eecom operates.

15 Amendments to These Terms

1eecom reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at 1eecom.pro/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document.

Where changes are material — for example, changes affecting your rights regarding withdrawals, self-exclusion, or data handling — 1eecom will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 1eecom Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
